WHY IT IS DIFFICULT TO FIND AN 
EMPLOYMENT LAWYER?

The general experience to find an employment lawyer to represent an employee is very difficult because they want ready to use concrete evidence that proves that the employee has a case otherwise, they are not interested in even talking to you.

Thank you for your reply.

If I contacted 20 lawyers, 5 are not interested, and the other 15 don't even reply. They all however want to know the case details and who the employer is in their intake form, which makes me suspect if my information is sold to my employer to give them a heads up??? I am not alleging anything, just speculating.

This allows corporate wrongdoings to thrive in the industry at the cost of creating a toxic work environment where employees are forced to work or leave after getting discriminated, retaliated, humiliated and used as a commodity. It signals to me the merits of my case are not good which keeps attorneys disinterested in taking my case. 

I would like to work with new lawyers who need the business, and I can act as their voluntary paralegal to provide the documented evidence to make a case to encourage the bank to offer an out of court settlement. 

If any such channel exists where exploited employees can seek support, then please suggest where to find such lawyers. Thank you
