  School Tragedy, Gun Control and Protecting Soft Targets.   Americans are hurting because the recent school tragedy has re-invoked the painful memories from other similar attacks on out innocent unarmed loved ones. It drives a greater need to do something to stop such future events. However we need to get to it's root cause and not just treat the symptoms in our haste and desire to do something about it.  The root cause to address being, how to stop the would be criminal attacks on our unprotected citizens. The criminals have always chosen soft targets such as schools, synagogue, theaters, libraries etc., where they know there will be sitting duck victims with no protection and they will encounter no resistance to carry out their carnage  with maximum damage. This will continue until law enforcement shows up with their weapons to put an end to this madness. In recent years the modern thought process of marketing teams has been to hoodwink the average consumer by reducing their product size by a small fraction hoping that will not notice. This way prices can either remain the same or be increased to capture the slightly higher profit margins on their products. This exposes the lack of ingenuity which has left well to do thriving organizations with no better solution than to stoop low to deceive the consumer and hoping they will not notice. WHY NOT TO USE BUILDERS ATTORNEY TO CLOSE ON A NEW CONSTRUCTION HOUSE?   I keep understanding the meaning of the statement, "we are never too old  to learn new lessons from our real experiences in life". These are only high level points from my experience while working with a builder's attorney during the closing of my new construction house.   - A builder's designated attorney is a dual agent in the transaction and cannot fairly represent both parties, the seller and the buyer, at the same time. That are merely facilitating the transaction. - As a buyer, you bring to the attorney one house to close,  versus the builder brings to this attorney a continued stream of  business to close on multiple properties.
